Job Description
Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to geriatric and sub-acute residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. In this field-based role, you will conduct evaluations, design individualized treatment plans, and deliver functional interventions to improve safety, independence, and quality of life.
