Job Description

Job Summary:
We invite you to apply to join our growing therapy department at Neuroscience and spine associates. We are seeking a dedicated OT to Eval and treat cervical pathologies, upper extremity conditions, and orthopedic diagnoses. The ideal candidate will be an OT with experience working in the Outpatient setting and works well in a team setting.
Duties:
  • Conduct assessments to determine patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide occupational therapy interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities.
  • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and exercises.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress using electronic health records.
  • Stay current with best practices and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid Florida state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience working in Out-patient setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
