Responsibilities:
Provide skilled Occupational therapy to residents, including assessments, treatments, and goal development Document all patient interactions and outcomes in a clear and concise manner Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive resident care Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude, promoting a warm and caring environment Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve resident outcomes and care
Requirements:
Valid Florida professional license as an Occupational Therapist Accepting new and seasoned therapists Must have a degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program Must be knowledgeable of
PDPM, LTC
programing and OT scope of practice Ability to quickly learn and navigate
