Strong clinical skills in pediatric occupational therapy and early intervention Experience supporting diverse developmental needs Knowledge of Executive Functioning skills, Sensory Processing and Emotional Regulation. Experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum, including strengths‑based approaches, sensory regulation, and communication support Current Florida OT licensure (or eligibility); NBCOT certification preferred Ability to create individualized plans, set measurable goals, and implement evidence‑based interventions Effective communication and collaboration with children, families, and multidisciplinary team members Commitment to strengths‑based, family‑centered, culturally responsive practice
