Job Description

Job Summary 360 Orthopedics is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our highly skilled and friendly healthcare team. Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) preferred, but not required. This role involves providing specialized rehab for the upper extremity (hand, wrist, arm, shoulder) focusing on restoring function after injury, surgery, or chronic conditions like arthritis or carpal tunnel, using custom splinting, exercises, manual therapy, pain management, and activity-based training to improve strength, dexterity, motion, and daily independence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving patient outcomes through comprehensive therapy plans and collaborative care. The Occupational Therapist offers flexible scheduling to accommodate part-time hours while delivering impactful patient care in a team-oriented outpatient setting.
