About Us At Happy Heart Therapy , we provide high-quality, child-centered therapy services designed to support children in reaching their full potential. Our multidisciplinary team delivers a Montessori school focusing on meaningful outcomes for both children and their families. Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will evaluate and treat pediatric patients with developmental, sensory, and functional challenges, while collaborating closely with families and interdisciplinary team members. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Provide direct therapy services to children in daycare setting Fine motor skills Sensory processing Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company and payer requirements Collaborate with other therapists (SLP, PT, ABA) and healthcare professionals Participate in team meetings and contribute to care coordination Qualifications Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Experience in pediatrics Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule Preferred Skills Experience with sensory integration techniques Feeding therapy experience (a plus) Familiarity with early intervention and school-based services
Pay:
$56.00 - $60.00 per hour
