Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students' growth and success! We are seeking two full-time Occupational Therapists passionate about making a difference in an educational setting. In this contract role, you'll have the chance to work 37.5 hours per week with K-12 caseloads, serving students at various developmental stages. Positions are available for immediate start as well as the upcoming 2026/27 school year, offering both stability and flexibility for your career planning.
Key Qualifications:
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Experience with school-based therapy or pediatric populations preferred Strong skills in fine and gross motor development, sensory integration, and adaptive strategies Knowledge of IEP processes, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Ability to communicate effectively with students, educators, and families Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Role Responsibilities:
Assess students' motor skills and develop targeted intervention plans Deliver direct therapy services and monitor progress toward goals Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other professionals to integrate therapy into daily routines Conduct screenings, evaluations, and maintain accurate reporting Provide training and resources to school staff and families to encourage skill development beyond your sessions Adapt therapeutic activities to fit diverse learning needs and environments Experience the fulfillment of seeing your specialized expertise help children achieve their best.
