Occupational Therapist Pool Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to support recovery and improve independence in activities of daily living. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other rehab professionals to ensure coordinated care. Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards. Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques, adaptive equipment, and discharge planning. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, infection control procedures, and safety standards.
Requirements:
BLS (Basic Life Support) OT (Occupational Therapy) Or OT (Occupational Therapy) Eligible to obtain Required Bachelor's Occupational Therapy Preferred 1-year
