9693051-32082 Job Description Step into a rewarding contract opportunity for a skilled Occupational Therapist eager to impact the lives of students in a supportive educational setting. This position is based exclusively on-site, serving a group of private schools around the North and West sides of Jacksonville, FL. As an itinerant OT, youll provide essential services across four assigned sites, supporting students with diverse needs for the duration of this assignment.

Key Qualifications:

Current active Florida DOH OT license required Previous experience in school-based occupational therapy settings highly preferred Ability to travel across multiple school sites within the region Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, families, and therapy teams Familiarity with pediatric caseloads and IEP documentation processes

Position Details & Responsibilities:

Part-time schedule: 14 hours per week, spread over two full working days Serve four private school locations; provide therapy, evaluations, and consultative support Facilitate student participation in daily school activities and promote functional independence Evaluate student progress, document interventions, and contribute to IEP planning Establish positive relationships with faculty and families to support student-driven goals Remain flexible and prepared for the possibility of a transition to full-time hours as the caseload expands

Additional Requirements:
