If you're passionate about helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life, we'd love to have you join our outpatient rehabilitation team. At Namy Physical Therapy, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population while providing personalized, evidence-based care in a supportive and collaborative clinical environment. Compensation $52-$55 per hour , based on experience Position Summary In this role, you'll evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide occupational therapy services that help patients improve functional abilities and return to their daily activities with greater confidence and independence. You'll collaborate with fellow rehabilitation professionals to deliver exceptional patient-centered care and support positive outcomes throughout the recovery process. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and functional assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs, abilities, and goals. Provide therapeutic interventions that improve daily living skills, mobility, coordination, and overall function. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, adaptive techniques, and injury prevention strategies. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with physicians and other rehabilitation professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Current Occupational Therapy license in the State of Florida. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative clinical team.
