In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our order processing operations, ensuring accurate and timely entry of customer orders into our systems. Responsibilities Accurately input customer orders into databases and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems using high-speed typing and data entry skills Verify order details against supporting documents, ensuring completeness and correctness before submission Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for order records, invoices, and related documentation Collect and analyze data related to order processing, utilizing tools like pivot tables in Microsoft Excel to identify trends or discrepancies Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order issues promptly and efficiently, providing clear communication and follow-up Support administrative tasks such as data collection, transcription of information, and updating databases with current information Assist in maintaining inventory records through data entry and filing, supporting overall organizational workflow Qualifications Proven clerical or office experience with a strong foundation in data entry and administrative tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating pivot tables and managing spreadsheets effectively Familiarity with ERP systems or similar database management tools is highly desirable Excellent computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software applications efficiently Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately during data entry tasks Experience with filing, record keeping, and data collection processes within an office environment is preferred Embark on a role that combines energetic engagement with meticulous precision!
