Company DescriptionThe Hale Hand Center, is a well-respected and established set of outpatient orthopedic clinics located in Melbourne and Rockledge Florida. Our facilities specialize in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. As Certified Hand Therapists (CHTs), we have the highest professional training for treating the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. We also offer Physical Therapy services. Our facilities are equipped to offer our patients an excellent opportunity to reach their optimal functional abilities. Join our winning team!

Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist who will float between our Melbourne and Rockledge clinic locations. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients' conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plansPerform splinting according to diagnoses.

Document patient progress and maintain detailed treatment recordsCollaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomesDevelop therapeutic interventions focusing on daily living activitiesEducate patients and families about adaptive techniques and equipment useParticipate in discharge planning and provide home exercise programsMonitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progressMaintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standardsQualificationsGraduate from a CAPTE-accredited Occupational Therapy programCurrent state of Florida license, CPR certificationOutgoing and energetic personalityAdditional InformationAt The Hale Hand Center, we believe in fostering a rewarding and supportive work environment.
