Novo Staffing is seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time position in a public school district around Rockledge, FL for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a collaborative team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of K-12 students.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and address limitations in student occupational performance Collaborate with educators to adapt classroom activities for student access and participation Support alternative learning methods and educational assessments Develop and implement behavior strategies and positive behavior supports Promote sensory, motor, cognitive, and self-help development Facilitate inclusion through customized programming and accommodations Assist students in building functional skills across school environments Encourage participation in leisure and extracurricular activities
Qualifications:
Required:
Valid Florida Occupational Therapy License Master's Degree in
Occupational Therapy Preferred:
Experience with Special Education , ASD , and pediatric populations
