St. Cloud, FL Job Summary Synergy Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in St. Cloud, FL . This is a part-time opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping patients improve their independence and quality of life. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled occupational therapy services Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed Plan and coordinate patient discharge Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and support staff Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations Maintain accurate and timely documentation Qualifications Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program NBCOT certification (or eligibility if graduating soon) Current or eligible Missouri OT license Strong communication and teamwork skills New graduates are encouraged to apply Benefits 5 days Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) with 3% company match Free CEUs through Relias Supportive team environment Why Join Synergy Care?
