Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Qualifications:
Active Occupational Therapist license in Florida Previous experience working in a school environment preferred Knowledge of IEP process and ability to document effectively Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational setting
Responsibilities:
Provide direct occupational therapy services to students across grades K-12 Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to support student learning and participation Collaborate with teachers, administration, and family members to foster inclusive learning strategies Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation as required by school district policies Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and support staff in managing student needs Contribute to school-wide initiatives to enhance accessibility and learning outcomes Enjoy the chance to work a full-time schedule (40 hours per week) in an engaging school environment, with professional growth supported by an experienced network of colleagues.
