Job Description

About Us Specialized Care Pediatrics PPEC is a pediatric center providing skilled nursing, therapies, education, and socialization for medically complex children from birth through age 21. Our multidisciplinary team is dedicated to helping children reach their highest potential in a supportive and family-centered environment.
Schedule:
Full time/ Part time/ PRN/ Flexible Responsibilities Assess patients' functional abilities and limitations through detailed evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals. Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including self-care, mobility, and adaptive techniques. Work with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care in our outpatient center Manage case documentation accurately and maintain detailed records of patient progress. Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment use, and safety measures. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as speech therapists, physical therapists, nurses, and physicians to optimize patient outcomes. Support early intervention programs for children with developmental delays or disabilities. Skills Proficiency in assisting with ADLs and developing effective pediatric care plans. Experience working with children highly preferred Excellent patient care skills combined with compassionate communication abilities. Pay:
$55.00 - $60.00 per hour
