Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist based in Titusville, FL. The Occupational Therapist will assist patients in improving their ability to perform daily activities and achieve independence through therapy. Responsibilities include assessing patients, developing individualized treatment plans, providing therapy sessions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The role may involve working with diverse patient populations, including pediatrics and individuals needing rehabilitation. Qualifications Proficiency in Occupational Therapy, including the development and implementation of treatment plans Knowledge of rehabilitation practices and familiarity with medical principles Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams Experience or specialization in working with pediatric populations is preferred Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida Compassionate and patient-focused mindset Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
