PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) - Trenton, FL Ayers Health & Rehab Center Ayers Health & Rehabilitation Center is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team in Trenton, FL. At Ayers Health & Rehabilitation Center, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized care that supports resident independence and meaningful outcomes. Our in-house therapy model allows for strong interdisciplinary collaboration and consistent, high-quality care. Compensation starting at $50/hr and will increase based on years of experience. Position Overview As an Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate and treat residents to improve functional abilities, independence, and overall quality of life. You will develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans while working closely with the interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Evaluate residents to identify functional impairments and therapy needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on ADLs and IADLs Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate Recommend adaptive equipment and strategies to promote safety and independence Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques Ensure accurate and timely documentation per facility and regulatory standards Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary meetings Maintain compliance with all facility policies and regulatory requirements Qualifications Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) license Good standing with all applicable licensing boards and agencies SNF or long-term care experience preferred Familiarity with Net Health documentation system a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Why Join Ayers Health & Rehabilitation Center?
