Empath Therapies , a member of Empath Health is seeking a compassionate PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) - Outpatient to work with our team to deliver individualized care to patients in our outpatient clinic and in their homes throughout the Venice, FL area.

Locations:
Outpatient therapy clinic in Venice. Role also involves home health in Venice & surrounding areas.
Schedule :
PRN role (mix of outpatient & home health visits) What You'll Do Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including OASIS assessments at required intervals Develop, initiate, and revise individualized plans of care as patient needs evolve Deliver skilled occupational therapy services and treatments as outlined in the plan of care Counsel and educate patients and families on disease processes, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless, holistic care Why Join Empath Health as a PRN clinician? What You'll Need Active Florida OT license Minimum of 1 year experience as a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT). Home health care experience strongly preferred.
