Job Description

La Vie Est Belle Therapy Services, Inc. We are seeking an occupational therapist to take on a caseload of pediatric patients seen in their natural environment . Job Description Primary Responsibilities Write evaluations and re evaluations. Supervising COTAs. Maintain timely treatment records and progress reports. OT and COTA Consistently assess progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Provide parent training and support as an integral part of the therapy program Participate as a member of an interdisciplinary and collaborative team Qualifications Demonstrable experience and other qualifications: Degree in Occupational Therapy assistant from an accredited college or university No experience required Dedicated to quality, with a willingness to learn and share Ability to work collaboratively with parents, staff and multi-disciplinary teams Must have or obtain an COTA license in the State of Florida Current CPR and First Aid certifications and a valid Driver's License and or reliable transportation Contact Arquimedes Leon via text or call at 772 643 2683 or 772 999 1977
