We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) with outpatient neuro experience to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting.

Key responsibilities include:

Assessing patients and developing individualized treatment plans to improve activities of daily living, mobility, cognition, strength, and coordination. Implementing and adjusting therapy interventions, educating patients and families, and providing discharge instructions and referrals. Documenting evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge plans according to departmental standards. Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining confidentiality and ethical practices. Fostering a positive environment through excellent customer service and effective communication, applying AIDET principles. Participating in professional development, mandatory training, and team collaboration. Adhering to all organizational policies, including infection prevention and safety protocols.

Qualifications include:

Bachelor's or Master's in Occupational Therapy. Licensure as an Occupational Therapist and BLS certification. Effective communication, customer service orientation, teamwork, and basic computer skills.
