Supervises and plans home health aide activities in the absence of other healthcare professionals. Demonstrates effective communication skills with all team members, patients, and families. Maintains clinical record information in accordance with established standards and within established time frames. Participates in orientation, in-service, and staff meetings as scheduled, and develops professional and clinical skills through attendance at staff development meetings, educational activities, and professional affiliations. Other duties as assigned.

1+ clinical experience as an occupational therapist in an acute or rehab setting [Required] 1+ of clinical experience as an occupational therapist in home health [Preferred]
