Jackson Therapy Partners seeks a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide evidence-based OT services to children in a variety of clinical settings. You will evaluate developmental and functional needs, create individualized treatment plans, deliver direct therapy, and collaborate closely with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities Evaluate pediatric patients' motor, sensory, and functional abilities using standardized assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals for children and their families Provide direct occupational therapy interventions in clinic, school, or community settings Educate and coach parents, caregivers, and teachers on home programs and adaptive strategies Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulations Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including PT, SLP, and physicians, to coordinate care Recommend and train in adaptive equipment, assistive technology, and environmental modifications Participate in professional development and maintain current best-practice knowledge Required Skills Pediatric occupational therapy evaluation and treatment Standardized pediatric assessment tools Sensory integration techniques Fine and gross motor skill development Pediatric feeding and oral-motor interventions Caregiver and family education Electronic health record (EHR) documentation Interdisciplinary care coordination Assistive technology and adaptive equipment use Regulatory and pediatric therapy compliance knowledge
