Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Qualifications & Experience Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution required Current OT licensure (or ability to obtain) in Georgia Previous experience providing OT services in schools strongly preferred Skilled in IEP writing, documentation, and goal-setting Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Committed to evidence-based practice and continuous professional growth Duties & Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student strengths and areas for development Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with IEP teams Deliver direct and consultative therapy services across a diverse caseload (PreK-12) Support classroom staff with strategies to increase student participation and independence Maintain thorough and timely documentation for assessments, progress, and compliance Participate actively in team meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary collaborations Experience the rewards of supporting students through dedicated occupational therapy while enjoying a vibrant professional environment for the 2026-27 school year.
