Responsibilities:
Treat geriatric patients in their homes within Ellijay and nearby areas. Create and execute personalized care plans that debunk the myth that home care is "low skill." Submit clinical documentation in a timely manner. Communicate openly with the leadership team—we want to hear your ideas and feedback.
Qualifications:
License:
Valid GA State Occupational Therapy License (required).
Education:
Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
Experience:
New grads welcome! We invest in training the right people.
Transport:
Reliable ability to travel to patient homes in Georgia.
