What We're Seeking:

Current license to practice Occupational Therapy Prior experience or strong interest in pediatric or school-based settings Knowledge of K-12 developmental milestones and age-appropriate interventions Ability to deliver therapy and document student progress effectively Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with educators, staff, and families Adaptability and flexibility in responding to a dynamic school environment Commitment to in-person work preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct student assessments to determine OT needs and establish treatment goals Develop and implement individualized therapy plans customized for each student's abilities and academic requirements Support students with fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and adaptive strategies to enhance classroom participation Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to integrate therapeutic recommendations into daily school routines Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP meetings as required Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to ensure effective outcomes throughout the school year Perks of this
