Greater Metropolitan Atlanta Area & Surrounding Counties Join Our Growing Home Healthcare Team! 123 GA Home Healthcare is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Occupational Therapy Aides/Assistants to join our team on a per diem (as-needed) basis. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals as well as individuals seeking to gain supervised clinical hours while making a meaningful impact in patients' lives. Our clinicians provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of our clients' homes throughout the Greater Metropolitan Atlanta area. Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with the patient's individualized care plan. Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop appropriate treatment interventions (OT). Assist licensed therapists with therapeutic exercises, activities, and patient care (OTAide/Assistant). Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and home safety. Complete accurate documentation in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members. Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all agency policies. QualificationsOccupational Therapist (OT) Current Georgia Occupational Therapist license required. CPR/BLS Certification preferred. Home health experience is a plus but not required. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening. Occupational Therapy Aide/Assistant Occupational Therapy Assistant certification preferred (if applicable), or Students currently enrolled in an Occupational Therapy program seeking supervised clinical experience are encouraged to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation. Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
