Occupational Therapist (OT) - Home Health Gwinnett County and surrounding area Pay-per-Visit Rates - $70.00 to $130.00 Offering flexible scheduling, competitive pay, referral program and mileage reimbursement; comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees Bridgeway Home Health provides quality home health care to thousands of individuals in the state of Georgia. We are growing and looking to add an Occupational Therapist OT Full-time to our clinical home-health field team. You will work directly with patients in their residence implementing therapeutic interventions to optimize their functional abilities per Plan of Care to promote safety and independence in the home setting.
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy educational program Current Occupational Therapy (OT) state license within the state of practice Current CPR certification Excellent organizational, time-management, written and verbal communication skills Reliable transportation, current driver's license and automobile insurance
