We provide full onboarding, training, and support. Responsibilities As an Occupational Therapist at Rogers Bridge Pediatric Therapy, you'll: Conduct standardized assessments and clinical observations Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals Document daily SOAP notes, evaluations, progress reports, and re-evaluations Create a clean, safe, and engaging therapy space Track progress using data and clinical reasoning Collaborate with families and other professionals for holistic care Provide parent coaching and home program strategies Uphold HIPAA and documentation standards using our EMR system At Rogers Bridge Pediatric Therapy , we're more than just a workplace, we're a place to grow, collaborate, and love what you do.
