Required Qualifications:
Current Occupational Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure, in the state of Georgia Previous experience working in an acute care or hospital setting preferred Proven clinical, communication, and documentation skills Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and embrace teamwork with a variety of healthcare professionals
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized therapy interventions for hospital patients Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care Reassess and modify plans of care based on ongoing assessment and patient progress Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to discharge planning and patient education Accurately document all patient encounters and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
