Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A position is available for an experienced Occupational Therapist providing telehealth services in a school setting. This contract role is based in Newnan, GA, and operates as a 1099 independent contractor arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy interventions via telehealth to support student development and educational goals. Collaborate with educational staff and caregivers to assess student needs and design individualized treatment plans. Document therapy sessions and progress notes in compliance with school policies and professional standards. Participate in virtual meetings and trainings as required to maintain up-to-date practices. Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with students and staff.
Qualifications:
Valid state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist. Proven experience providing occupational therapy services within school settings. Proficiency in telehealth platforms and virtual therapy delivery. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and educational personnel. Ability to manage schedules and maintain thorough documentation independently.
