Occupational Therapist (OT) - Pediatric Private Practice Ideal Speech | Warner Robins, GA Ideal Speech is a growing pediatric speech therapy private practice in Warner Robins, GA, and we are looking for a pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and help us expand our services! This is a great opportunity for an OT who wants the flexibility of private practice without the demands of a large clinic or school-based position. Position Highlights Pediatric outpatient setting Clinic-based - no travel required Flexible schedule Part-time hours to start, with opportunity to grow Collaborative environment with speech-language pathologists Primarily working with children Opportunity to help develop and grow the OT program at Ideal Speech Supportive, family-centered practice What You'll Do Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatment to pediatric clients Address areas such as fine motor skills, sensory processing, visual-motor skills, activities of daily living, and functional participation Develop individualized treatment plans and goals Provide parent education and recommendations Maintain timely and thorough clinical documentation Collaborate with SLPs and other professionals when appropriate Build positive relationships with children and their families We're Looking For Current Georgia Occupational Therapist license Pediatric experience preferred, but motivated OTs with other relevant experience are encouraged to apply Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, professional, and compassionate Comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative team Passion for working with children and families Why Ideal Speech?
