Essential Qualifications:

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution Active OT license (or eligibility for licensure) Previous experience in a pediatric or school-based setting preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive learning environment

Core Responsibilities:

Assess students' needs and create targeted intervention strategies Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students in K-12 Collaborate with educators and related service professionals to support IEP goals Document and communicate progress effectively with staff and families Participate in team meetings, professional development, and compliance activities associated with school-based OT practice
