Hand Therapy, lymphedema, home health, pediatrics -outpatient areas of need Supportive team environmentwith over 40 rehab professionals across hospital, outpatient, and home health settings Flexible scheduling optionswith no nights, weekends, or on-call (occasional hospital weekend rotation once per quarter) Career growth opportunities: lead therapist, supervisor, or manager roles Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises, hands-on interventions, and use of modalities to improve patient function and mobility Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of OTs, PTAs, STs, and support staff Maintain accurate documentation in EMR (Meditech) Treat a diverse caseload, including orthopedic, post-operative, neurological, pediatric, and general physical therapy needs Schedule MondayFriday, 8:00 am4:30 pm (flexible options available: 8:005:00, 8:305:30, or 4/10s) No nights, weekends, or on-call (except for minimal quarterly hospital coverage rotation) Multiple hospital outpatient clinics hiring Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $68,182 $112,500 annually Sign-on bonus: $5,000 Relocation assistance Student loan repayment program Comprehensive benefits package: Health, Dental, Vision (individual & family plan options) HSA/FSA, Life/AD&D Insurance, Short- & Long-Term Disability, EAP program

PTO:
Up to 168 hours annually in the first year, plus holidays & 1 personal day Patient Caseload 812 patients per day (3040 min appointments) Patient mix: 45% general physical therapy, 30% pre/post-op (including total joint replacements), 15% pediatrics, 5% neuro, 5% sports.
