Home Health Make a Difference Where It Matters Most We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Home Health team. In this role, you'll provide individualized therapy services to patients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them regain independence, improve daily function, and enhance their overall quality of life. Working collaboratively with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team, you'll develop personalized treatment plans while building meaningful relationships with patients and their families. What You'll Do Provide occupational therapy services in patients' homes Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and patient goals Implement therapeutic interventions to improve independence and daily living skills Recommend environmental modifications to promote safety and function Train patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate Coordinate care with physicians and other members of the healthcare team Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation QualificationsRequired Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program Current Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) in Iowa Minimum of one year of experience working with a similar patient population Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with current automobile insurance Preferred NBCOT Certification or eligibility to obtain certification What We Offer $20,000 New Hire Sign-On Bonus Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends Competitive compensation Home-based patient care with flexible daily travel Supportive interdisciplinary team environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Meaningful work that positively impacts patients and their families If you're passionate about helping patients achieve greater independence and want to make a lasting difference through home health care, we'd love to hear from you.
