Category Therapy - Hospital - OT Job Type Travel Experience the charm of Humboldt, IA—a welcoming community nestled in the heart of the Midwest. This travel opportunity is an excellent way to expand your expertise as an Occupational Therapist within a hospital setting. You'll work alongside an interdisciplinary team, gaining exposure to a variety of clinical protocols and leadership styles while managing and providing care for patients across different local campuses. This role not only broadens your skillset and adaptability but also enriches your resume through engagement in diverse therapy practices and EMR systems, specifically EPIC. As part of a close-knit healthcare network, you will participate in weekly orientations (every Monday), making it easy to settle in and stay up to speed. You'll also benefit from a streamlined onboarding process, ensuring you're equipped for impactful patient care from day one.
Schedule/Hours Orientation:
16 hours new staff onboarding Standard weeks: 36-40 hours (OT applicable after 40) Some weekends and summer holidays required (work 1-2 out of 3 major holidays) Call, on-call, and precepting opportunities with premium multipliers Desired Skills, Qualifications & Experience Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT), active and in good standing Experience in acute care or hospital environments preferred Knowledge of or willingness to learnEPIC EMR
