Responsibilities:
Provide direct occupational therapy care to inpatient rehabilitation patients Lead patient assessments and develop personalized treatment/care plans Supervise care and treatments and target/resolve patient concerns Guide patients through therapy aimed at function, independence, and quality of life Build meaningful relationships by understanding patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs Celebrate patient victories throughout the recovery process Collaborate in a team-based rehab environment to deliver top-tier, compassionate care
Qualifications:
Current occupational therapy licensure or certification as required by state regulations CPR certification Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient related experience Ability to deliver assessment-driven, personalized OT in an inpatient rehab setting A bit about us:
