Key Qualifications:

Current Idaho Occupational Therapist (OT) license Experience or familiarity working with school-aged children preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with educators and families Ability to create and implement individualized goals and interventions

Responsibilities:

Provide direct OT services to a small, dedicated caseload (5-7 students, 30 minutes monthly per student) Deliver weekly individual sessions to one student (30 minutes per week) Conduct consultative services for two students monthly Develop, maintain, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and progress reports in compliance with district and state requirements Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student participation and success within the classroom and school environment Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely communication of student progress and goals Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for comprehensive care This role begins as soon as possible and extends through May 25, 2027, with a flexible monthly schedule totaling 57 hours, providing excellent work-life balance.
