Position Overview The OT position provides patient-centered care in the home setting in alignment with the philosophy, objectives, and policies of the agency.
This role includes:
Supervising OTAs Overseeing the implementation and follow-through of the plan of care as directed by the ordering Physician or Nurse Practitioner Participating in quality improvement activities to support compliance with state and federal guidelines as well as professional standards of practice Compensation & Benefits Pay is structured per-visit and based on experience Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance
Pay:
$75.00 - $85.00 per hour
