Required Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Provide direct, on-site OT services to a designated student one day per week (8 hours) Coordinate with existing virtual OT to ensure continuity of care Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs and district guidelines Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and student progress Communicate effectively with parents, educators, and support staff to optimize student outcomes
