Develop positive relationships with children and their families. Collaborate with families, schools, and other members of the therapy team. Complete required documentation and maintain accurate clinical records. Participate in care coordination and communication with other professionals as appropriate. Provide services in accordance with professional standards, licensing requirements, and individualized plans of care. Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for the children and families we serve. Who We're Looking For We're looking for therapists who are: Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state(s) where services will be provided. Experienced or interested in working with pediatric clients. Dependable, professional, and self-motivated. Strong communicators who enjoy working as part of a team.
