Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to identify therapy needs Develop and implement tailored occupational therapy plans that promote independence and enhance daily living skills Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care strategies and ensure cohesive treatment approaches Educate clients and their families on therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and safety measures for ongoing progress Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting therapy plans as needed to optimize outcomes Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards Promote a positive, motivating environment that encourages client engagement and confidence throughout their recovery journey Requirements Valid license or certification as an Occupational Therapist in the relevant jurisdiction Proven experience in delivering occupational therapy services across diverse age groups or conditions (nice-to-have) Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques, adaptive equipment, and evidence-based practices Excellent communication skills to effectively educate clients, families, and team members Ability to assess complex situations quickly and develop strategic intervention plans Compassionate attitude with a passion for helping others achieve their personal goals Join us in making a meaningful difference!
