At Play n' Grow Therapy, we're a small, relationship-based practice that values supporting both our clients and our therapists. We believe great therapy happens when therapists feel trusted, supported, and have the freedom to be themselves. We're also a growing practice, and that growth really matters here. As we expand, there are real opportunities for long-term development within the clinic—including leadership roles, helping shape new programs, and stepping into higher-level positions over time for therapists who are interested in growing with us. We're looking for a pediatric occupational therapist to join our team! This position is a great fit for therapists looking for a smaller caseload such as working parents, school-based clinicians looking to supplement a couple hours in the evenings, or OTs looking to supplement an existing position on a weekend. This position is also a great fit for a clinician who wants to grow with us long term, and enjoys the idea of being a part of our clinic atmosphere with so much potential for growth and leadership! Whether you're looking for just a few clients per week or hoping to build a fuller schedule or step into leadership roles, we're happy to work with you to create something that fits your life. We use a child-led, relationship-based approach and focus on helping kids feel safe, connected, and successful. Schedule One of the biggest perks of this role is flexibility. Want to see just a few clients a week? That's okay. Looking for a fuller caseload? We'd love that too. You can provide as little as 4 client sessions per week on the day(s) of your choosing, or give us broader availability and we'll build a schedule that works for you. Compensation Compensation is competitive and will be discussed during the interview process. Pay is based on experience, training, and the overall responsibilities of the role. We believe in recognizing growth and contributions to the practice. There are opportunities for raises, promotions, and additional paid opportunities throughout the year, including: Presentations and trainings Workshops and community events Social groups Special projects and program development Other occasional opportunities that align with your interests and strengths We value long-term growth and are committed to supporting team members as they develop their skills, interests, and career goals within the practice.
