9681582-60004 Job Description Empower young learners and make a real impact in a supportive school environment as an Occupational Therapist on a contract assignment. Youll work closely with elementary and middle school students, helping them develop vital skills for success both in and out of the classroom. Qualifications and Experience:

Active Illinois Occupational Therapy License Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred Strong communication skills and ability to connect with students, families, and staff Collaborative attitude and commitment to fostering student independence

Role Responsibilities:

Provide direct occupational therapy services to elementary and middle school students, adapting interventions to each childs unique needs Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in coordination with educational teams and families Collaborate with teachers and special education staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom and facilitate student participation Conduct assessments, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in IEP meetings as required Deliver services across a regular Monday through Friday, 40-hour workweek schedule
