Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Discover a rewarding contract opportunity as a school-based Occupational Therapist, working onsite supporting students in a vibrant educational setting. Three full-time positions are available, with each offering 37.5 hours per week. Orientation is set for August 3 and 4, 2026, with students beginning August 10, 2026, and the contract running through May 21, 2027. Caseloads are thoughtfully matched to your preferred age group to ensure the perfect fit for your interests and skills.
Key Qualifications:
Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist Previous experience in school settings or strong interest in school-based OT practice Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, families, and staff Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and educational environments Commitment to ongoing professional development and best practice standards
Role Responsibilities:
Provide direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Conduct assessments, develop goals, and document progress Utilize provided equipment and testing materials for therapy and evaluations Participate in monthly meetings, roundtable discussions, and annual performance reviews Engage in process improvement initiatives to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery
