Schedule/Hours:

Monday through Friday Flexibility in shift times Required to float between facilities in the region (Herrin, Memorial, and St. Joseph)

Qualifications:

Valid Occupational Therapist license Current BLS certification (required at all sites) Additional certifications depending on department assignment (ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS) Recent hospital-based therapy experience strongly preferred Strong adaptability and effective communication skills

Core Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions to a diverse inpatient population Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care Float between multiple facilities, adapting quickly to varied department protocols and workflows Document patient progress and participate in discharge planning Engage in continuous learning and stay current with best practice guidelines
