What You Bring:
Valid Occupational Therapy license in Illinois (or eligibility to obtain) Experience providing OT services in educational or pediatric settings preferred Strong understanding of IEP process, assessments, and documentation Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including teachers, parents, and other professionals Excellent communication and organization skills Compassion, adaptability, and a student-centered mindset
What You'll Do:
Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify students' strengths and needs Develop, implement, and update individualized intervention plans Collaborate with teachers and staff to support the integration of therapy goals in the classroom environment Provide direct and consultative OT services to students in accordance with their IEPs Maintain accurate and timely documentation of interventions and progress Participate in IEP meetings, staff conferences, and professional development as needed
