Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year in the greater Gurnee, Illinois area.

Service Areas:
Deliver IEP service minutes, documentation, collaboration Your Responsibilities Provide school-based OT services in alignment with IEP goals Conduct evaluations and write reports Participate in IEP meetings and progress monitoring Maintain timely documentation Collaborate with special education teams and related service providers What We're Looking For Illinois Occupational Therapy license School-based experience preferred, but not required Strong collaboration and communication skills Passion for supporting students in inclusive educational settings Benefits & Perks (for 0.8 FTE and higher) Paid sick leave Healthcare coverage: medical, dental, vision
