What You'll Need:
Strong background in school-based Occupational Therapy (OT) Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT), with eligibility for Illinois state certification Previous experience working with students in K-12 settings preferred Excellent communication, organization, and adaptability skills
Your Day-to-Day:
Provide evidence-based OT assessments and direct therapy to students Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student learning Develop and implement individualized educational programs (IEPs) Document progress and participate in meetings to ensure continuity of care Adapt strategies and interventions to meet diverse student needs
