Monday-Friday shifts Float between Herrin, Memorial Hospital of Carbondale, and St. Joe's locations Flexible shift options available

Qualifications:

Active Occupational Therapy license required Current BLS certification; NIHSS required for most units ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications may be needed depending on the hospital/department floated to Strong clinical skills with hospital-based OT experience preferred Adaptability and the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive OT services across acute settings within multiple hospitals Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs Document and report on patient progress in compliance with hospital standards Contribute to patient and family education initiatives Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation staff to ensure integrated patient care
